Yin Yoga stretches connective tissues.

  • What is connective tissue?

Connective tissue is ligaments that connect bone to bone and tendon connect muscle to bone. They are located deep in our bodies that cannot stretch easily. We will take time to get into the posture and hold that posture at least 90 seconds.

  • Why Yin Yoga?

It is great for stress relief, stretch, and flexibility.
